Great Location nice space great deck. One way streets don't miss the entrance! Traffic in Santo Domingo can be rough but it is close to most of the places you would want to go so at least you can still get there in decent time.

Definitely as described. Andres was also able to accommodate us on a last minute reservation. The private terrace is just as described with a functioning grill. Easy check in. I recommend it 100%

j'ai loué l'appartement pour une amie pour son anniversaire, arrivélà-bas c'est la qu'on nous a annoncé que la piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle et ils l'ont pas mis dans l'annonce. j'ai demandé à être remboursé en partie pour ce manque de respect et de professionnalisme, ils m'ont répondu en me disant qu'ils allaient me donner 18 dollars, sachant que j'ai loué pour deux nuits. j'ai refusé leurs argent. Pour moi c'était clair qu'ils s'en foutre de leurs clients. je déconseille fortement que quelqu'un d'y aller, le respect ne fait pas partie de leur valeur.

I had the worst experience with my family in this place. This place shouldn’t be on Airbnb knowing the safety condition of the building. A thief broke in the apartment in the middle of the night forcing the door of the terrace and took everything from the table on the living room. I can’t still process that I was sleeping with my wife and baby in the room when that happened. When the “supervisor” came to check the cameras the guy in charge told her the hard drive wasn’t working!! (And I have PROOF of that). I had to make a police report and no one came with me to the police station and that wasn’t my place, left me completely on my own to deal with that. They did offer me a refund which obviously they had to and I didn’t wanna stay there another day, but everything had to be done through Airbnb. For the lost items they wasn’t responsible. I’m still dealing with that through Airbnb. I was told that was the first time something like that happened, but as I was leaving a neighbor said that’s not the first time something like that happened in the building.
