This place was a great stay. We really enjoyed it. They were very responsive and helpful with everything that was needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable, a great restaurant on site, great hospitality and service on site, and relatively close to golf courses, restaurants and beaches. It was a very quiet, peaceful and convenient stay. We definitely would stay again!

Have stayed at these grounds before and always love every minute of our stay!!! Ground level condo is the way to go as you step out into your patio, private pool, garden, community pool and ocean!!

We stayed here with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, spacious, and it looks just like the pictures. The private pool was nice to have and the condo pool was never too busy, although they need to have some more umbrellas (only had 3). The beach is beautiful but not really swimmable. Having a dryer was really helpful. I’d recommend getting a car if you want to explore other areas/beaches/get to the grocery store. The supermarket is about a 5 minute drive. We also rented a golf cart so we could explore the rest of the community. The condo is very secure and we always felt very safe. Overall, the place was as described and Andres did a great job at giving us all the information we needed before our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is fantasticY. you have everything you would want. The beach and pools are amazing. Having your own private pool was night, too, because the shared pool closes pretty early. The condo is extremely large so you and your friends and family have plenty of space.

Overall the apartment was good in an excellent location and very good host, super responsive. The only thing it’s that when you enter there is a strong humidity olor; the sheets of the bed although they were clean, they didn’t smell good and last, the apartment doesn’t have a hair dryer, that’s something inexpensive that can be added.

Beautiful rental unit with a great view. Host Andres was very responsive, a couple of items that we requested were addressed immediately. Would definitely stay here again. The grounds of the Punta Palmera were maintained pristinely. Staff and security were very friendly.

Every time I go to DR this is my first Option. Andres is the real deal! Thanks a lot !

Precioso apartamento y area. La atencion fue excelente. Estuvimos en familia con un niño y estuvimos super agusto. El niño en la pisicina disfruto muchisimo. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo.
El apartamento esta muy bien localizado. La playa de Juanillo esta a menos de 10 min en carro y la de Api se puede ir dando un paseo. La marina norte, donde estan la mayoria de restaurantes, tambien esta a menos de 10 min en carro.

Great place and very helpful staff

Our stay here was absolutely great. Maybe it was the time of the year (April) but if you are looking for a place to relax, this is the place. Most days we had the large pool and very large beach to ourselves and when we felt like going to a busy beach we would just visit any of the beaches nearby (5 - 10 mins away). Our family absolutely loved this place, it was clean and has all the amenities you would need.

A few steps to the sea, beautiful pool and the place is just what the doctor prescribe to relax the mind and body.

The communication is swift and great. We had a small problem with one of the air conditions and since we reported it up to the time it was fixed was about an hour.

The staff at the condominium are very friendly and the service is great.

We will definitely come back.

Luego de una reserva decepcionante con otra persona nos vimos en la necesidad de buscar otro alojamiento a última hora….una bendición haber encontrado esta unidad. El equipo de Andrés súper atento y eficiente, en menos de una hora ya habíamos hecho la reserva, recibido respuesta, obtenido los pases y entrado al apartamento. El proceso de check in y check out súper ágiles y sencillos. La comunicación con el equipo siempre disponible. También contamos con la flexibilidad del equipo que nos permito quedarnos en la unidad el último día un poco más tarde de la hora de check out. El apartamento es hermoso, súper amplio, perfectamente decorado, impecable en la limpieza y bien equipado, con todos los electrodomésticos, enseres y aparatos en perfecto funcionamiento. El proyecto también es super lindo, con piscinas y en primera línea de playa. La verdad es que lo pasamos súper bien. No habría nada en esta experiencia que hubiésemos querido mejorar. Alojamiento 1A, súper recomendado..

La verdad es que el apartamento estaba de maravillas!! Esta tan bonito que parece un hotel, la ubicación ni de quejarse y más la atención del personal espectacular. Lo recomiendo al 100% a todos los que quieran visitar punta cana o también simplemente relajarse y no salir ya que funciona para las dos cosas. El apartamento tiene su propio jacuzzi más la piscina del conjunto que queda ahí mismo y es grandísima. Luego la playa honestamente no estaba para bañarse pero esta súper bonita para caminar y tirarse fotos además hay una playa justo al final de Calle del apartamento que estaba hasta de revista. Bueno y por último quiero mencionar que nunca tendrán problemas con la comunicación con el anfitrión ni nada ya que desde el inicio podía preguntarle de todo y me di muy buenas instrucciones para como llegar y demás. LO RECOMIENDO 100%
