The condo was beautifully decorated, and waterfront. You can see the beach and pool from the balcony and it was equipped with everything you need. The checking was a problem because there was a guard at the lobby who just said to wait that someone went to take another guest and we waited over 30 minutes and the guy never came. I am not sure till this day if there is an actual person at the lobby or if is the security guard that is supposed to take you to the place and direct you to the parking. But this was an inconvenience.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the view from the apartment was amazing and staff was very helpful. Also you can rent a golf cart to get around the community or a vehicle to be able to leave the community which is what I recommend.

From start to finish, the team at Palmera Rentals went way above and beyond to assist us during our entire stay. I had so many questions—before arriving, throughout the trip, and near the end—and they were always incredibly quick and detailed in their responses.

When you’re traveling to a new country and renting a place for the first time, it’s such a relief to have a professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful team on your side. Whether it was helping with the condo rental, arranging a golf cart or car at the very last minute, or simply answering dozens of small questions, they never once made me feel like I was a bother.

A big thank you to Andrés, Ángel, Paola, and Génesis—you truly made our vacation smoother and more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be recommending Palmera Rentals to anyone staying in the area.

(Oh—and the AC in the condo? Hands down one of the best I’ve experienced ?)

This place was amazing, 10/10 recommend! It looks exactly like the photos. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful pool and stunning ocean view. If you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the perfect spot. Andres was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay. He handled all the accommodations I asked for and coordinated our reservations and transportation, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The place was clean and had all the amenities you could need. I will definitely be back!

The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, featuring a generous open floor plan and all essential amenities, including a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. The spectacular ocean views are truly the highlight of this property - absolutely breathtaking!
A few things to note: The beach directly in front is quite rocky and not ideal for swimming. The bathroom functions well, though there is some water leakage from the shower that could use attention. Internet speed was adequate for remote work, and the kitchen provides basic cooking essentials. The balcony is impressively large and perfect for enjoying those amazing views.
I didn't use most of the building facilities except for the garage parking. Getting around Cap Cana was manageable on foot, though the electric scooter rentals are surprisingly expensive - complimentary bicycles would have been a wonderful addition to the property.
Overall, this was a satisfactory stay with the ocean views being the standout feature.

Great host

Staying in Cap Cana felt very safe. The views from the balcony were stunning. The property is well kept and the pool was nice. There are not many walkable amenities so you will definitely want to get a car. From the airport, as there are a lot of hustlers out there. We did get one that was from our uber driver and the car was not in great condition which was a bit stressful. Our friends stayed at the all inclusive “The Dream” just like a mile or so away and we hung out with them a few times which was really nice. The beach there was really pretty. We really enjoyed the restaurants in the marina, better than anywhere else in Punta Cana.

Simply amazing. Even better than the photos! Andres, our host, was great! Very responsive and attentive to detail. The process was really simple and the staff at the lobby were always very helpful and accommodating. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. it's quiet, very private and cozy. The location is very convenient with short drives to every popular place. I highly recommend it to everyone wishing to have an unforgettable experience in Punta Cana!

Very relaxing for couples!

Had the most memorable stay at this location in Cap Cana. This property is a gem, very private and peaceful. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a longer stay. Our favorite part was looking out to the stunning view of the pool and beach. The grounds are well maintained by staff and everything is kept clean. Hosts were able to assist promptly with all communication. We rented a car so were able to access many of the beach clubs and restaurants around the area. Would stay here again and again!

Loved our stay!! So peaceful! This condo is beautiful, immaculate, and well-appointed. The modern coastal decor was very inviting. Enjoyed being able to grill and cook. All needed kitchen items are available. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The pool and beach were fabulous and very clean. Best part was the incredible patio and spectacular ocean view. Very safe location and on-premise staff were super helpful. We hit the supermarket by the airport for many items, but it is an easy $6 round trip drive to a smaller grocery close to the condo. Great restaurant on-site that provides free transportation to and from. Would definitely stay here again!!
