Totally recommend Andres’ place and the best thing is that is right in front of the beautiful beach.

The place is perfect, just five minutes from Downtown. The room is clean and very nice. If you want the best place, at the best price, this Airbnb is for you.

This would likely be an amazing local stay, but as a tourist visiting the DR, I would not recommend!

The condo itself was OK. Check in was easy, the room was moderately clean (stained sheets, rusty bathroom shelf, dirty dishes), there was no hot water, a small musty smell, and the kitchen had no salt/pepper/oil, etc, and is a kitchenette - not a full kitchen. Good for small meals only. It was just alright, with a really pretty view! The communication was great tho & the host super nice!
The whole place is an abandoned resort, turned condos. There were two restaurants within walking distance, a few clothing shops, but the majority of everything was boarded up or closed all day! It was a little eerie and inconvenient with no car but uber was easy here.
The highlight was the beach!! While Empty, it was beautiful, clean waters & perfect for laying all day, reading & swimming.

Highly recommend researching this area before booking!

The personalized service from the staff made us feel like VIPs, ensuring every moment was memorable. Punta Palmera is truly a gem in paradise, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

Apartamento impecable y muy limpio, lugar tal cual las imágenes, mi familia y yo nos sentimos en casa. Andres super agradable y de antemano envía la información entendible para que no te extravíes.

Lugar muy acogedor, higiénico y excelentes atenciones.

Tal cual las fotos, pasamos unos días muy agradables en familia, ideal si no vas a estar mucho tiempo en el apartamento ya que la cocineta es muy pequeña (como muestran las fotos) y no cuenta con mesa para comer mas que la exterior. En nuestro caso que no pensábamos cocinar estuvo excelente.
Ubicación muy buena dentro de Cap Cana.

Andrés fue muy amable y el sitio era precioso y muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar.
