Notre bébé s'est blessé avec un carrelage cassé entre la cuisine et le salon, la porte d'entrée ne s'ouvrait et ne fermait plus,porte de la poignet du balcon cassé,climatisation qui tombe en panne tous les 2 jours, cafards remontent dans la salle de bain quand on éteint les lumières, piscine nettoyé 1 fois par semaine (ils font tourné juste la filtration le reste du temps)
Agression dans la résidence par une propriétaire bourré,
Le code de la résidence ne fonctionne pas, il faut avoir le badge donc autant prévoir une arrivée aux horaires où vous pouvez trouver la sécurité
Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la salle de sport, pas de clé et la personne qui devait nous ouvrir à chaque fois, et on l'a vue 1 fois.
Piscine froide car toujours à l'ombre.
on nous a proposé une ristourne, en contre partie de ne pas mettre de commentaires et c'est vraiment pas pour dédommager mais dans leur seul intérêt... j'ai demandé le remboursement mais n'a pas été accepté.

Maravillosa experiencia de hospedaje. Todo súper limpio y en orden. Un lugar tranquilo, precioso, con amenidades bastante cerca si dispones de automóvil. El host atento, servicial y muy amable, en definitiva 100% recomendado.

Beautiful, clean and well decorated space. I love how it’s located in a nice peaceful area. Mini market and little restaurants literally two minutes walk from the space. Host was Very responsive and helpful. And Lord that bed was super comfortable. Will definitely book again and recommend.

Hay muchos servicios cerca como restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados y facilidades a la que puedes acceder, alimentacion, carros de golf ⛳️ etc que me parece importante mencionar
The apartment is very comfortable , I loved the location , Juanillo Beach is my favorite beach in the island and it’s 5 min car drive . The pool in the facility was amazing , the bed was very comfortable . Great communication with the management . Very safe , I would stay again in this apartment.

Brand new, spotless, stylish. Awesome air con. Fresh fish shop and decent mini market, coffee shops just 200m away. great little gym and pool. Nice area, safe. Great for relaxing, not a busy area/ neighbourhood.
Andres is a great host. The apt is brand new and centrally located. Overall a great stay!
