This place was everything you see in the pictures. Everything so beautiful and modern. The beds were so comfortable everything worked perfectly and Andres attention to any of my needs were unmatched. I would definitely go back.

Definitivamente nos quedaremos mil veces más con Andresito, nos encantó el arbnb en Las Terrenas, incluso pensamos en quedarnos el resto del viaje en esta maravilla de lugar, pero ya teníamos planificado los demás días, muchas gracias Andrés, por tu gentileza y estar en todo durante nuestras estadía, muy buena disposición, nos encantó todo, bien equipado, tema de cocina super resuelto, limpieza increíble, los cuartos hermosos, la sala y comedor espectaculares, nos hicimos amigos con Cristóbal, el cual fue muy respetuoso y amable con nosotras, los recomiendo al 1000%

Wow such a wonderful experience!

Andres place was very comfortable, clean, and centralized. He was also great with his communication. We had a small electricity surge issue and the moment we messaged about it he was on the case( it was indeed taken care of). There is construction on property still but nothing that will disturb you at all and no work is done after business hours. Note: the beach is a short 2 min drive away but not necessarily a short walk. However it's not an impossible walk. Restaurant, shops, and nightlife are a 10-20 min walk or a short 5 min drive and if you want to visit the supermarket it's also a short drive away. Andres place is also easy for delivery apps to find. Just specify the name of the complex & apt # in your notes! (Pedidos Ya is their version of Uber eats)

Departamento tal como se ve en las fotos. Frente a la piscina. Muy buena ubicacion

Excelente servicio las personas eran muy amable me encantó hermoso lugar

Andrés mostró iniciativa en todo momento. Las indicaciones fueron claras y sencillas de seguir.
Sobre la localizacion apartamento, está muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa (5m) y el complejo residencial es tranquilo y con piscina y zona social muy amena.
En cuanto al apartamento, era muy espacioso y luminoso. Una nevera grande y lavadora y secadora por si se necesitara. Lo único que nos fijamos fue que aunque la limpieza del lugar era buena, había un par de manchas que eran visibles (sofá -manta de la cama) pero que podían ser comprensibles.
Recomendaría este sitio 100%

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Schön eingerichtete saubere Wohnung und ein tolles Ambiente, wir liebten den schöne großen Pool und den Balkon.
Können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und würden auch wieder kommen ?
Ein Föhn wäre vielleicht angebracht 🙂

Very nice and clean apartment. Andre is very responsive to messages. Fairly priced. The pool area is very nice.

We loved this place! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, fully furnished and just like the photos. The building was modern and aesthetic and the pool was also great!
The keypad to access the apartment is so convenient, the location is super close to the beach and it’s relatively in the center of the city so there’s a lot of restaurants nearby.
We had everything we needed, they even left a gallon of water for us!
There’s construction going on outside of the complex but everything else made it up for it.
I can’t wait to visit again!

I would absolutely stay there again if time permits for me to go back to Samana again.

Magnifique séjour! Endroit super. Internet n’est pas assez rapide pour écouter la tv en tout en temps mais c’est un détail que le propriétaire corrigera dans l’immédiat. Je recommande cette endroit, les phot sont très représentative de l’appartement.
