Cap Cana PentHouse w/ terrace & private pool

Excellent place to stay. Will definitely com back.

Everything was perfect.

Great place to stay with family (kids)

My most honest review. The place was incredibly beautiful. Furniture spotless, the bedrooms and kitchen were super spacious and even better than described in the pictures. I was staying with my whole family. Including two toddlers and the place is safe. The access to the pool could be restricted if you wanted to with sliding doors. We had a few inconveniences mi or to say the least . Two of the four acs in the rooms were leaking water we had to put a towel or two under it. Ir kept me cleaning that area to avoid the kids from falling. The pool the first day was not as clean. Slimy at the bottom. They came next day to clean it however it was not spotless as it should've been. The person we were communicating with was very good at responding, always in a timely manner. And always did his best to assist even with recommendations and information about Cap Cana. Which it was greatly appreciated. We noticed the bathroom in the main room was a bit dirty around the toilet area .

The apartment is located in a great place and right next to a super market. We had a lovely time there

Everything was great but will say if they fix the ac downstairs will be better, the downstairs is too hot for 1 fan, kitchen is ok very hot as well, the tv upstairs was not working, the rooms have great ac, and spacious, had to call to get 1 of bathrooms fix, a little tlc to the place and will be perfect, above all great location and place was nice

Excellent place to stay, quite spacious and organized.

Excelente

Excelente alojamiento.

I enjoyed everything about the place however the only thing I didn’t like is the lack of towels in the bathrooms. I feel like each guest should have at least two towels for a 5 day stay. If a full body mirror is added to the property the guests would appreciate it even more. Overall it is a great airbnb.

The destination was very private and safe- I loved the neighborhood! It was slightly hard to locate at first but once we found it, it was smooth sailing. The WiFi and TVs weren’t working but we didn’t spend much time in the house anyways. Lots of kitchenware for cooking. Had a good time 🙂

The place was just as in the pictures no complains it was a general great stay.

10/10 would and probably will stay there again, thank you so much

Amazing place. Well stocked with beach and pool towels, spacious and great directions and local recommendations of the exclusive Cap Cana area. withing walking distance of the local Cafe

Todo fue tal cual se describio….
Repetiremos pronto

Very good and clean

Andres' place is a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. The apartment is well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The neighborhood is peaceful and secure, with controlled access, that made me feel safe throughout my stay and responded to my messages right away. Andres was very flexible and accommodating during my stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a big, comfortable, clean, and secure place to stay in Punta Cana/Cap Cana. Thank you, Andres, for making my stay beyond my expectations.

Party of 8 very spacious, a lot of construction going on but it wasn’t the worst , we enjoyed the stay

Everything perfect, just like the pictures. 10/10

Me encantó!

This place is beautiful but there’s no AC on the fisrt floor. The pictures don’t do these place any justice, is way better in person.there is construction after 9 AM so I hope you’re not planning to sleep late. The pool on the grill was definitely a plus, and it was a big kitchen with a good size, fridge fully operated washer and dryer. The it’s also a mini market 5 mins away by foot. Andres just a great host, and reply to even after office hours. Definitely will stay in this place In the future.

We had a great time in Punta Cana!! We had excellent drivers to and from the airport as well as during our stay.

Amazing home in one of the best areas of Dominican Republic! Perfect for families and for just adults!

Bellísimo apartamento! Muy cómodo y bastante amplío.

Un apartamento super comodo y muy acogedor! Excelente para pasar las vacaciones en familia! Andres fue super amable y atento! 10/10

This vacation was one of the best ever! The host was extremely responsive. We were able to book a maid/ cook, masseuse, and driver through the host. The unit is large and extremely clean. There was a small problem with ants upon arrival that was quickly corrected. Ample space throughout with enough bathrooms and outside living to support a large party. The pool was cleaned daily and all furnishings were up to date. The only issue was the constant banging of renovations from morning to night! It dampened our experience somewhat as sleeping in was extremely hard. The host reported not knowing the next unit was under construction. The location is pretty good. It’s very close to the Scape Park which has a variety of activities such as zipliniing, Blue Holes, waterfalls, etc. I would stay here again with a few tweeks.

Nice place to stay

Volveria a hospedarme :]

I am grateful for the opportunity to give me your space. The place is cozy, accessible and with a very good location. The house is well equipped. I recommend it to enjoy a stay with the whole family. The only things that I can mention is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. It is something that can be worked on but they are somewhat uncomfortable.

Thanks for all.

Awesome property with very good facilities, nothing was missing! Thanks to the host for the simple, fast and clear communication. It was a pleasure for all of us!

Me and my group of friends had the time of our life. The communication was good, the environment was safe with security. Grocery store and restaurant walking distance. The food the chef cooked us was amazing. Thanks Andres for the hospitality
