Es un van espacio pero le faltan algunas cosas por ejemplo el BBQ está podrido no sirve y la cocina no tenía cosas suficientes para cocinar. Pero la ubicación es inigualable y Andrés muy atento. Volvería a quedarme

El alojamiento de Andres se puede describir como un paraíso, unas vistas e ubicación inigualables y el entorno hermoso.

Bonita vista y un lugar bien ubicado.

Una excelente opción para pasar unos días frente a la playa, y para relajarse en la piscina. El departamento está totalmente equipado, con todo lo que necesites. Súper cómodo, con unas vistas increíbles. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Andrés estuvo al tanto de nosotros todo el tiempo, siempre muy amable y dándonos todas las indicaciones para que nuestra estadía fuese la mejor.

Great stay in Cap Cana right on the beach!

El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, impecable, bien ubicado dentro de la Marina, la vista espectacular y frente al mar.
Si deseas quedarte en Cap Cana, Aquamarine Residence es la mejor opción. Las camas cómodas y los espacios muy amplios. Eramos dos familias ,11 personas en total y nos sentimos muy cómodos siempre. Andrés siempre estuvo atento y respondió todos nuestros mensajes inmediatamente. Pilar nos ayudaba con la limpiezas y cocina y fue un plus para poder disfrutar de nuestra estancia.
El área de la Marina es bonita y exclusiva, la playa espectacular, sin embargo hay muchos restaurantes y comercios cerrados, esperábamos mucho más del área de la marina, es una pena porque la infraestructura y el lugar se prestan para quedarse disfrutando. Otro punto negativo es que los Uber no entran a la Marina y cuando van cobran una tarifa extra, los taxis cobran muy caro . Vale la pena alquilar un carro para salir de la Marina y carritos de golf para pasear en la marina.

This penthouse is incredible. It’s even better than the pictures. I could tell there's been decorative refreshments made and upkeep done at the place. Its very spacious, the kitchen is huge and very well equipped, everything was clean and the view is unbeatable. The terrace is definitely my favorite part of the condo, perfect for an afternoon grill with the family. The whole complex is amazing too: we had acccess to several pools and private beaches, and there are lots of restaurants in the Marina area. I keep coming back to this property and it never disappoints. Highly recommended!

this place was amazing , 10/10. the location and property alone felt very secure , lots to do locally and very friendly staff all around. Andres was more than accommodating in many ways and I bugged them quite a lot and they responded less than 5 min each time. I will definitely utilize this host for future bookings!

Andres and his team were great to work with during our entire stay from getting food delivered to the condo before we arrive to providing transportation from the Airport. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone going fishing from the Marina or if you are just looking for a beautiful quiet place to get away and relax. We had a group of 8 people and we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The views from the outdoor Patios are better than shown in the listing. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart if you do not have a car as many of the restaurants are on the other side of the marina and it is a long walk to go for dinner.

Spectacular views from the spacious balcony and comfy bedrooms of this penthouse. A warm welcome from our greeter, aptly named "Sunny". Plenty of staff on site keeping the beautiful grounds orderly and clean. Very secure and safe. Andres is reponsive, helpful and professional. Would love to return.....

A beautiful stay in Punta Cana! Condo is very large with gorgeous porch. Andres is incredibly helpful and responsive in planning the trip and during the stay Staff on the grounds keep the pools and beaches meticulous. Fun restaurant and bar within walking distance of condo. Recommend booking the cook, bringing water shoes for the beaches (lots of coral), and grocery shopping at Nacional!

Best place I've stayed at in Punta Cana! Unbeatable view of the beach (the photos don't do it justice it's like waking up in a postcard every day!) The beach is isolated and there weren't many other people around, especially in the morning, so it felt like we had our own private island during the day. And it's in a great location close to a lot of attractions in Punta Cana. They have a great cooking service and all the meals were delicious. We also really appreciated the grocery shopping service - all our groceries were delivered and left neatly for us before we even checked in, so we could just arrive and enjoy. Andres was very proactive in making sure all our needs were met. Perfect trip!

This beachfront apartment exceeded expectations. The 3 main bedrooms located on the first floor of the PH have beautiful views of the beach and the Marina, both of which are right there. The apartment's balcony has an amazing view of the beach and pools. They also have a cook that will make delicious meals for you as well as a great massage service on-site. The apartment is also much more spacious than you can appreciate in the pictures. Also, Laura was very friendly and communicative throughout the stay and arranged for a driver to pick me up and drop me off when I needed it.

Un excelente Penthouse con terraza hacia el Mar Caribe y frente a la piscina, tres main rooms, mas otras opciones extras para dormir hasta 12 personas con comodidad, buena cocina, living room, comedor, y hasta un gym, demasiadas comodidades y confort, con todos lis detalles, ademas el complejo tiene tremendas instalaciones para disfrutarlas con intensidad. Impecable estadia!

Great place, excellent view. Beach is like less than 5 min walking

100% recomendado. Fui con mi familia el cual somos 9 adultos y 4 niños y todos estábamos tan a gusto en este apartamento tan hermoso con sus espacios impecables y sus vistas de ensueños.

Es importante destacar lo increíblemente hermosa playa y piscina con la que cuenta el apartamento.

Simplemente quedamos encantados!!

This is a great place for a large family. The beaches are unbelievable! Cap Cana is very safe and exclusive.

Claudia is by far and away a hidden gem. She is so sweet and helpful and truly is worth every penny! Always willing to help and is so thoughtful.

The location is awesome, steps from the beach and pool and an incredible view.

As a little note - Be sure to have someone with you that knows at least a little Spanish, it can be hard navigating with a complete language barrier.

We enjoyed our stay.

I have traveled all over the world and this was exceptional! From start to finish, this stay is truly a beautiful experience!!! Laura was on point with communication and with making sure we had everything we needed once we arrived! She arranged transportation from the airport with Hispolito (who was a wonderful person and driver) and he had a sign for us right as we exited the airport. Laura sent suggestions for us that also made for an amazing stay in Cap Cana! She has an exceptional team available for services such as cooking, groceries, and massage. Take advantage of adding these services, they are more than worth it!

When we arrived, the place was even more gorgeous than the photos!!! True vista views of the private beach and pool were absolutely stunning! We were greeted by Claudia and Willdania when we arrived- they were like family by the end of our stay!!! Claudia does cooking and Willdania does massage- In my opinion, these are a must- this made our trip so memorable! Claudia is an amazing cook and an even better person; She is so warm and welcoming! Willdania gave one of the best massages I have had all while enjoying the warmth and waves crashing in the background from the terrace!

As far as special touches go- I was blown away by how over and above Claudia and Willdania went to make sure I had a lovely birthday. We had left for lunch and upon return, they had completely decked out my room with flowers and balloons and they had a cake for me; It was truly heartwarming!! They would make fresh juices and bring us coffee- They were awesome!

The location is perfect- you can cab anywhere within minutes in cap cana. We loved walking over to Api bach, great music and ambiance (feels very european)) and an incredible staff and great views. I would suggest Eden Roc for their restaurants and also did a day at Punta Espada, which is a wow factor! You cannot go wrong with Laura's place! I have already suggested it to friends and family and would love to go back! Thank you to everyone that made our stay so very special!

This condo is amazing. Starting with the "to die for" view and ending with the fantastic service from both Claudia, the housekeeper, and Laura, the owner, you can't help but have a fabulous vacation. Highly recommend utilizing Claudia for housekeeping as well as having her cook a traditional Dominican meal. You will not leave the table hungry! In addition take advantage of the in-condo massage services. Great price and a great massage with the view of the sea from the terrace. We can't wait to return!

It was a great experience! The apartment has a nice view and it is really spacious. However, the best part was Claudia, the housekeeper. She is a really nice person and treated us like we were family. We would really com back to this place!

This place is amazing! Very secure. Location within 10 to 15 min of everything you may need ( supermarkets, restaurants, stores. Etc.), views the best beach (very clean), and amenities. You will not be disappointed. I had such a wonderful stay at this location and will come back. Also Claudia, the housekeeper was great. She treated us like family. Wanted to bring her home with me. She cooked delicious Dominican dinners and our coffee and breakfast was ready every morning. Couldn't ask for anything more. And not let me forget the wonderful view. Wow. Thanks Laura for a memorable stay.

The views at this penthouse were breathtaking! It is very spacious and spotless. It’s located in a quiet gated community with lots of security. We pretty much had the pool and the beach all to ourselves. A good idea is to rent a car since there are not a lot of options for dining or groceries shopping at complex or nearby. The best advice is to use the maid service. Her name is Claudia and she’s an amazing person. she is super friendly and she can cook the most delicious Dominican food. 100% recommended. The only down side was Laura the host. Communicating with her was like pulling teeth. She took forever to answer messages and assumed that we knew how to get the passes to be able to enter Cap Cana.
I have been to other places in Cap Cana where the host were upfront about the passes and directions to the place. You won’t get any of that with Laura she’s not good at communicating.

We visited June 17th through June 26th and this was my first time visiting the Dominican Republic and it did not disappoint. This house it a little piece of heaven tucked away in its own little world. The property that it is on is beautiful and loaded with tons of things to do. This home looks just like the advertised pictures. I was beautiful and clean. I can not wait to go back and visit again. The house can also come with a maid service my advise is to use her. She is the most amazing human being and her food is so delicious. I have stayed in a quite a few Airbnb's and this one by far is has turned out to be the best.

We were very pleased at Laura's place, you can't get any better location in Punta Cana. The view to the pool and ocean was incredible. The apartment is very comfortable. A true jewel to the trip was CLAUDIA, the housekeeper, for an extra fee she cooks, cleans, goes grocery shopping, local tips, arranges for your transportation, etc. My friend tripped before the trip, and she needed medical attention, X-Rays, etc., and Claudia was all in charged in assisting us. 100% recommended both the apartment and Claudia !! Also I want to mention the bar at the pool, good food, drinks, great staff.

This condo has the most amazing views of the beach and marina! Don't look any further--book this condo! Great price for this location and space. Sitting on the balcony in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee and book listening to the waves was so relaxing. The beach is clean with a lot of beach lounge chairs and shade. The pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The resort is gated and secured. The grounds are well kept and clean. The condo has everything you need--plenty of cooking utensils, towels and a cooler for the beach. Some of the furniture needs replacing but the condo is still great. Laura responds quickly. Claudia was very helpful during our stay--we loved her. We had her cook two meals for us and it was fabulous! Spend the money and have her prepare a meal, it's worth it! I also recommend getting a massage. We didn't get a rental car, but if we were there longer we would have. Taxis to and from the condo to the airport were $30 each way. Taking a taxi to other areas within Cap Cana was $3. I highly recommend this condo and hope to visit again next year!
